  We offer many different services that include Exterior Painting, Interior painting, Staining, Deck painting, Cabinet painting etc.

• Do you handle both residential and commercial painting?

  We mostly work on residential projects but are able to do small commercial jobs as well.

  I have nearly 15 years of painting experience

• Are you licensed and insured?

  Yes, I am licensed, bonded and insured

• Do you provide references or examples of past work?

  If you look at our gallery on the top of our website, you can see past projects. We will also have Facebook and Instagram to show off a lot of our past and up coming projects.

Quotes & Pricing

• How do you provide estimates?

  Estimates are provided by calculating project times and cost of paint/materials. That’s how we get to the prices we decide on.

• Are your quotes free?

  Yes, we offer free quotes. If you’re located further away from Salem, OR then it is possible to get a rough quote for your project online through photos and answering some questions.

• What factors affect the cost of a paint job?

  There are many factors the affect the cost of a job, how big a house is, how many different colors you want etc.

• Do you require a deposit?

  We do require a 20% Deposit on all our projects.

Preparation & Process

• Do I need to move my furniture or prepare my home before painting?

  If you want your interior repainted, the moving any furniture away from the wall will help the process go by quicker for us. Which in return will cost less for you.

• How do you protect landscaping, floors, and furniture during the job?

  We make sure to cover and mask off any flooring or furniture during our jobs to ensure no paint gets on to anything it shouldn’t be on.

• How long will my project take to complete?

  Depending on what you want done there are many factors as to how long it takes. If you want your houses exterior painted and it’s a 2,600sqft house, you’d be looking at about 2-3 days for the house to be done.

• Do you handle prep work such as sanding, caulking, or pressure washing?

  Depending on the job, we usually handle all the prep work. For interior work, this includes all the caulking, wood filler, masking, sanding and painting. For exteriors, pressure washing the siding is something we generally like to do if it looks like the house needs it.

Paint & Materials

• Do you supply the paint, or should I buy it?

  We will supply the paint. There are specific types of paint we like to use and will use that unless specified by the customer.

• What brands of paint do you use?

  We like to use Sherwin Williams for a lot of our paint but we’ve had lots of luck using other brands like Miller and Rodda.

• Can I choose my own colors?

  All colors are typically chosen by the customer. If you don’t have a specific color you want but a ball park color, we can help you pick one.

After the Job

• Do you clean up after the project is done?

  Yes, we try to clean up as best as possible and try leaving the job site as clean as we can.

• How long will the paint last?

  Paint typically lasts anywhere between 10-15 years. We like to apply at least 2 coats to help with the longevity of our projects.

• Do you offer any warranty or guarantee on your work?

  We offer a one year warranty on our projects.

Scheduling & Availability

• How soon can you start after I book?

  Depending on our schedule. If we have openings available, we can start working on that project about 3-5 days after agreeing on the job.

• Do you work year-round (even in colder months)?

  Yes, but we typically save exterior jobs for March-November and focus on interior work during December-February.

• How far do you travel for jobs?

  I can travel across the state if need be.
